A key component of SmallCircle’s strategy is offering follow-up training sessions to pastors and leaders from the “Grow It” team. These sessions are delivered through customized journeys, either one-on-one or in group settings with other pastors for online training. These follow-up trainings are essential for effectively launching disciple-making within local churches across the U.S.

Each year, SmallCircle sponsors two key conferences in the U.S.: the Discipleship.org National Forum in Indianapolis and the Exponential Conference in Orlando. Both have proven to be platforms where we connect with hundreds of US pastors, more than any other event during the year. Costs include sponsorship fees ($6,000), along with printing, travel and accommodations.

As SmallCircle’s global presence has grown, the U.S.-based team has needed to expand accordingly. Currently, the SmallCircle team consists of five members who manage and oversee all operations in the U.S. and internationally.
